How your customers order from your list

Buyers open your published list and send an order request in about a minute — no account, and you confirm every one.

Your buyers — landscapers and garden centers — do not need an account, a login, or an app to order from you. They open your published availability link and send a request right from it, usually in about a minute.

A request is exactly that: a request, not a checkout. The buyer marks the quantities they want against your listed lots and sends it. The page is honest about it everywhere — you confirm availability and pricing on every order. There is no cart and no marketplace between you and your customer.

Requests always reach you, whatever your plan. A buyer’s request is never blocked by your subscription — the demand gets through, and you decide what to do with it.

When a request comes in, you review it and accept the lines you can fill. Accepting is what reveals the buyer’s contact details and turns the request into a working order. On the Free plan, accepting is metered each month; every paid plan is unlimited. Your plan’s number is on the Plan and billing screen.

This is the article to send a buyer who asks how to order: point them at your list, and they are ordering in a minute.
