Publishing your availability list and sharing it

Compose from what is ready, publish a dated version, and share the link, PDF, or CSV with your buyers.

Publishing turns your current counts into the document your buyers read. Compose the list from lots that are ready and priced, and the app derives what is available — on hand minus what is already spoken for — so you are never typing an availability number by hand.

Every publish is a dated, frozen version. A buyer who ordered from last week’s list ordered from a real snapshot you can still open, so there is never an argument about a number that changed underneath them.

You get three forms of the same list: a share page buyers open on a phone, a PDF for email or print, and a CSV. Use whichever fits the buyer — the page for ordering, the PDF for a file, the CSV for their own system.

The list is typeset like a real supplier’s: your letterhead, grouped by category, carrying the crop photos you captured. On the Free plan the page and documents show a small "Prepared with" line; any paid plan removes it.

Publishing on a regular day trains buyers to order from you first. The weekly digest can prompt you on your publish day; the next articles cover buyer ordering and subscriptions.
